Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging and all components.

Please note that we do not provide automatic return labels. To initiate a return, please send an email to service.vip.lris@gmail.com to receive the return address and further instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee refunds for returns lost in transit.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund on your statement.
